This 72% single origin chocolate bar is aged with 24 BILLY by KIZUNA roastery. The coffee hasn't been grounded into chocolate but by aging the aroma into the bar. The inspiration of this bar is for a friend who is fond of coffee aroma but has dietary restriction. This bar is complexed with the coffee bean note of white grapes and dark maple, finished with the sweet but not overly sweet chocolate note.
