Veganxoxo 純素牛肝菌雞油菌XO醬

【無防腐劑|無味精|無素肉|原型食物材料|香港製造】

以牛肝菌及雞油菌等五種菇菌、蒜頭、蔥頭及辣椒手工製成,每一口都是滿滿的菇菌香氣。
建議配搭:蘿蔔、拌麵、炒飯、餃子、多士、意大利粉等

成份:芥花籽油、蒜頭、紅蔥頭、雞脾菇、金菇、冬菇、乾牛肝菌、乾雞油菌、乾冬菇、醬油 (無防腐劑及味精)、辣椒、薑粉、鹽、黑糖
保存於攝氏零至4度雪櫃並於兩個月內食用。如有需要應加入植物油以覆蓋表面。

Veganxoxo Porcini & Chanterelle Mushroom Vegan XO Sauce

Veganxoxo puts together goodness of porcini, chanterelle and three other kinds of mushrooms, garlic, shallot and chilli, creating vegan edition of this flavour-bomb condiment. 
Best to pair with turnip cake, noodles, fried rice, dumplings, toast, pasta, etc.
Ingredients: Canola oil, garlic, shallot, king oyster mushroom, enoki mushroom, shiitake mushroom, dried porcini mushroom, dried chanterelle mushroom, dried shiitake mushroom, soy sauce (no preservatives or msg), chilli, ground ginger, salt, brown sugar  
Keep refrigerated at 0 to 4°C and consume within two months. Add extra plant oil to cover surface when needed.
